Sketch and Hewn includes Standard product delivery with all product orders. Standard product delivery will include the product being placed at the first “dry” location as accessible by the delivery driver. If a covered dry area is not available, the driver will place the product in the best location possible to protect your product purchase.
Optional White Glove Delivery is available with all products in Sketch and Hewn. This service will include delivery of the product into the room of your choice, removal of all packaging materials, and assembly as needed to make sure your purchase is ready to use immediately.
Lead Times will vary on product throughout Sketch and Hewn. There are a few factors that will dictate lead times on products. These factors will include whether the product is on “pre-order”, if the product is a newer release, or if the product is an established product line within the Sketch and Hewn. Lead times may also vary depending on the various US manufacturing partners we are working with to bring the product to market. Please check the individual lead times listed on each product page when placing your order.
While other brands might advertise that they offer a “Lifetime Warranty,” did you know that the typical lifetime warranty in the furniture industry only lasts 7 years? That doesn’t sit right with us. It never has. We build furniture that will last a lifetime and our warranty backs it up!
Sketch & Hewn warrants all of its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship found during normal usage for the warranty periods detailed below. This warranty does not apply to ordinary wear such as scratched surfaces or products that are installed or used improperly.

At Sketch & Hewn, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom-made furniture that meets their unique needs and style preferences. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible return/exchange policy that allows our customers to request a return or exchange within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that returned items must be in new and unused condition, and must be returned in their original packaging.
Please keep in mind that due to the custom nature of our furniture, a 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned items. Additionally, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
